Two Air Peace flights to land at Ebonyi International Airport as project gets inaugurated Thursday


Governor Dave Umahi is set to inaugurate the Ebonyi State International Airport named after President Muhammadu Buhari tomorrow (Thursday) at Onueke, Ezza South Local government’s Area of Ebonyi State.

Umahi stated that two aircraft belonging to Air Peace will be the first aircraft to land at the new Ebonyi International Airport in the State with both flights serving as the Airport’s maiden test flight.

According to Umahi, the two flights of 80-person capacity each will take off from Abuja and Lagos to land at the Airport even as the flights will carry a delegation from the Federal Government for the opening ceremony.

“It will also carry some of our people from the two cities who are visiting the state. After the ceremony it will also take the Federal Government delegation and others travelling back”, Umahi said.
